Principal Arrested After Raping a StudentLucas Tanney, 40, principal of Valley Lutheran School in Waterloo, Iowa. He also served as the victim,’s track coach.Tanney was arrested on a felony charge of sexual exploitation by a school employee.Authorities say Tanney had an inappropriate sexual relationship with a juvenile female student. The unlawful sexual conduct took place at Tanney’s home.Tanney was taken into custody without incident on Friday and booked into the Black Hawk County Jail. He faces up to only 5 years in prison if convicted.
